Emailing customers who are having difficulties with our online product at www.alephbeta.org and helping them with their problems.
You will be expected to understand the product and the problem, and be able to understand how to help the user through the issue. We will provide training to (1) identify the problem and (2) use the correct template to address the issue.
You are expected to be able to respond in a timely manner.
You will also be expected to categorize the issues in excel, and to be in touch with your supervisor to identify problems that need to addressed.
You must be able to answer in a polite manner.
