I am looking for someone who has had prior-experience working as a VA.
Your roles will include:
Managing Leads from Website - identifying value and organizing appropriately - CRM/EMAILING INFORMATION
Managing Emails - Prioritizing and labeling appropriately
Manging social media accounts - Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook... any experience here is a plus point.
Integrating yourself within our process - I want you to be able to eventually be able to fill my role for the vast majority of processes.
I am not looking for someone who wants to learn how to be a VA - I'm looking for someone to lead me in how best to make use of your skills time.
I am happy to pay for the right candidate.
