We're looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic customer concierge / forum moderator for our night shift (Pacific Standard Time).

Who we're looking for:

--- Good at de-escalating upset customers, leaving them refreshed and happy.

Experience & Technical Requirements:
--- At least 2 years customer service preferred
--- HAPPY outlook on life a MUST!
--- Psychology (& pop science) experience or interest a HUGE PLUS
--- Experience with Zendesk or other helpdesks a PLUS
--- Experience with vBulletin a HIGH PLUS
--- Experience with online chat, flirting with customers, making them feel GREAT
--- Great phone voice, great microphone, stable internet connection
--- Mac users PREFERRED, otherwise, an updated security subscription for your PC is a MUST.
