EARN $500 (INCLUDING ODESK FEES) IN 4 WEEKS [($112.50 + $12.50) x 4 = $500]
This is a Lead Generation/Validation job. We pay up to $0.40 per New/Validated Lead to Web Researchers who can find/validate LEADS strictly according to our specific requirements. There is a direct payment of $0.25 per lead against accepted new/validated leads after being imported/updated in our Zoho CRM. The balance $0.15 per lead is payable afterwards as incentive subject to meeting the quality/result criteria. The job heading shows only the basic payment part, without the incentive, which is the guaranteed basic payment. But, if we find that any researcher is providing wrong data consistently, we will immediately discontinue such researcher and may report to oDesk for disciplinary action.
You will populate an Excel spreadsheet with the leads-data that you find/validate doing research as per prescribed procedure. While generic company data are available in the spreadsheet, you'll find/validate specific people, their contact details and other data as per the prescribed format in relevant columns. Examples will be provided by us to the candidates qualifying in a short preliminary test.
You must be able to determine the difference in functions within companies, based on the job title. For example, based on the following job titles on the left, you need to determine that the persons occupying that position belong to the functions on the right:
Director of R&D -- R&D function
Chief Technology Officer -- R&D function
General Counsel -- Legal function
And then, you are to find new (new means, not already present in our Zoho CRM belonging to the same company, where the company name may be slightly different but clearly the same company or a subsidiary / sister company) leads or validate an existing lead. In all cases, the leads belonging to only selective functions relevant to our purpose (explained clearly in the training document) should be found/validated. We'll provide the actual list of companies at the time of assigning the job.
The basic payment will be a maximum of $125.00 per 500 leads ($0.25 per lead), inclusive of oDesk Fees, subject to the data generated/validated being error-free and according to our requirements, as detailed in our Training Document. You have to commit a minimum number of leads that you can generate/validate per day (or per week). Depending upon success in terms of quality and quantity against the first assignment, we may consider long term arrangement.
Initially we may enter into a contract for $500 covering a quantity of 2,000 leads that must be generated/validated within a maximum period of 2 months, but preferably within 5 weeks.
There is a two step Selection Process. At first, you're to pass a short preliminary test. After that you're to qualify in the more comprehensive PAID TEST (at $7.50 fixed, including oDesk fees) involving studying the Training Document thoroughly and finding 2 leads with another persons in the Excel sheet to be provided by us. The said extensive Training Document on how to find leads using Internet searches will be provided to candidates successful in the preliminary test.
For paying incentives, we evaluate goodness of leads periodically on the basis of campaign results. Incentives are payable subject to meeting all of the following criteria (overall):
1. Conversion Rate: More than 1 %
2. Email Bounce Rate: Less than 10%
3. "No Good" Leads (Outdated or Wrong Data): Less than 5%
