I have a unique position I will be interviewing for :
I am looking for a relationship manager for my mortgage business. This person will maintain existing relationships by keeping in touch with our referral sources and establish new relationships with people looking to do business with us.
This will be a good amount of phone work, and a long term position.

You MUST
1. Know how a US real estate transaction works from start to finish
2. Speak PERFECT English. I mean PERFECT!
3. Have proper grammar and email composition
4. Sound very professional and knowledgeable on the phone (ALL calls will be recorded)
5. Have a GREAT personality and be very outgoing and a people person
6. Extremely organized
7. Be a fast learner
8. Very tech savvy
9. Reliable
10. Be willing to go through one week of training and set up
11. Have experience appointment setting
