Everyday we work on the data which is there in the excel to get the info such as state, property type,location,client,website,etc. My requirement is we need a adobe form with professional design to get the data from excel automatically from the respected fields of excel. For example in pdf we should have options such as all the states in one drop down menu, property type in one drop down menu and other required options and submit button. When we click on the submit button after the we selected options than it should collect and display the data in the same form below the menu options. A separated form should be created to submit/export the data into the excel automatically. Such as we should have options like state menu, client menu, property type menu and empty box to enter the text. Whenever a user select the state,client,property type and some text in the box and click on the export button than it should export the data in the respected fields of excel.
For example if i want to get the assessor(website or address) info of xyz county in abc state.We need to select the state from the drop down menu.once we select the abc state than all the county list in that state should be reflected automatically in the county drop down menu. Once we select the county in the second menu than property type in third menu .we should have options such as assessor, tax collector,website,phone and all . Once we select all the options and click on the submit button than it should collect the data from respected fields of excel and should display the data to the user in very attractive way with good design.
Similarly export from also should be designed. There should be an option for the admin to give edit options to the different users.Such as when the try to edit the document it should ask for the username and password.
