We are seeking a team for managing our day to day accounting. They initial task will be to document some key accounting processes. On an ongoing basis work to include:
- AP Data Entry and Coding
- Present AP for Approval (maintain approval rules)
- Monthly Journal Entries
- Account Reconciliations
- Inventory Account Entries
- Standard and Customer Reporting
Tools used for accounting:
- Quickbooks Enterprise with Inventory
- Google Spreadsheets
- Customer Applications
You and/or your team should have leadership from CPA (or equivalent) with team for data / transaction entry. You must have expertise in audit and GAP accounting.
You should be able to communicate with Google Hangouts as well as Asana Task Management. You must have Gmail account for document sharing via Google Drive.
All documents are canned in our office for processing and virtual collaboration.
