I need you to develop an App for Android mobile phone(s) and tablet(s).

- The app should display a text of a book, which is static.
- The text is translated into several languages (Arabic, English, French, German, Indonesian, Malay, Norwegian, Persian, Urdu etc.).
- App user is given a choice to select in which one to two languages the text is displayed at a time (simultaneously).
- There are also settings to select font, font size, foreground color and background color of the text displayed.
- The app should also allow user to bookmark text, search text in any selected language.
- The app should connect online to listen to the recorded text in different voices.

This is a special book and the app related to it is different. however, there are hundreds of other books which need to be converted as an app for Android Windows Phone and iOS. So, this application is one step and there will be continuation of the work. Once this app is ready, and the work is well done, more works will be given including other platforms.

The XML files for this particular book is ready. And the Data Structure is also ready. The app is also fully designed. There is a need to write UI and code in Java.

We will use Agile methodology, the stories and tasks will be defined together. Mercurial (or git) will be used as Source (version) control

Finally, there is a lot of opportunity in this work. Initializing this app is not difficult because XML files, data structure (classes) are all ready. Once this app is ready, there is a lot of work to continue later.

Maximum USD 2000, best offer will be considered as either fixed or hourly.
