Looking for someone who can source candidates via phone or internet research for specific projects related to Engineering, Sales, Product Management, etc.
The right person must be experienced in finding resumes or candidate names. They must be comfortable calling into companies or company directories to create lists of target candidates.
After a while, they would be expected to pre-screen candidates for jobs and schedule interviews with our team.
Must have excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and phone presence, and be able to work with minimal oversight.
We would test a project together initially with a set number of hours to determine quality of work and make sure there is a good fit. If everything is a good fit, this may become a permanent full-time partnership with a unique pay structure.
