I have a pdf of companies and contacts. Each pdf page lists a company and one to multiple contacts for the company. The work is to copy the needed fields from the pdf to excel. OCR will have been run against the PDF. The result will be one row in the excel for each contact in the pdf, multiple rows per company. Upon completion, a random sample with be used to ensure quality control
I have attached two sample files. One is the pdf with some notes. The other is a sample output excel from the first pages of the sample pdf.
There are approximately 500 companies with an average of 2.5 contacts per company. It takes about one minute per company/contact to copy. .
