My project is mainly based on dropshipping techniques and Amazon Seller Central as a selling platform. We're specialized to sell only electronic products. So, your role is can be summarized as follow:
1- Email Handling;
2- Answer daily customer questions about either their orders or the products in less than 24 hours for EACH request;
3- Resolve customer's problems and CLAIMS;
4- Send a friendly reminder to buyers requesting that they leave feedback on our account;
5- Arrange with the supplier's support team to get an RMA number for faulty and damaged products;
6- Follow with customers to resolve their issues ASAP and offer them a best quality of experience, etc.
Please note that the $100 I have set in the job posting will be the total amount spent during each month. However, you will receive a commission on monthly amount of profit each month and you will be rewarded for each claim resolved.
The candidate should have enough experience in customer service on Amazon Seller Central platform.
PS: Since I have no time to manage my business, this job may be converted for a long term position.
