Virtual Assistant for webinars and admin work needed.
-- Must have stable broadband Internet and be able to work during regular business hours and some nights Eastern Time (East Coast USA). The work is mostly 9am-5pm ET (and sometimes 7pm-11pm ET).
-- TASKS INCLUDE but are not limited to: WEBINAR HOSTING/EMCEEING, organization and support, answering support emails, account management, research and writing, transcription, data-entry, and general administrative tasks.
-- Past experience on event management and/or training management a plus.
-- Needs to be able to use gotomeeting/gotowebinar, Windows, office productivity software (excel, word, powerpoint).
-- Your written and spoken English must be EXCELLENT for this position (neutral accent preferred). Should be able to speak clearly.
-- Must be able to work from a quiet location, virtually free from background noise.
-- Must be tech-savvy, a fast learner, smart, self-starter, pleasant to work with, efficient, friendly and responsible.
$3.00 to 4.50 per hour depending on skills and experience. 10-20 hours per week indefinitely for successful candidates. Successful candidates will be hired on a limited 3-month probationary basis.
