I'm pretty busy and I need some help planning my weekly meals, snacks, and lifting routine. I need someone who has a background in nutrition to help me create a meal plan for every day of the week starting on Sunday. I will also need this person to create a grocery list of the groceries I will need to buy to fulfill the plan.
I will be able to provide many of the recipes and lifting regiments, but I will need help organizing and researching.
Ideal candidate will have an hourly rate under $10 per hour, but I will consider almost anyone if they can provide a creative and effective solution for optimizing my nutrition and fitness level.
