Take an existing circuit board and battery, measure the parts and produce 2D drawings and 3D models of the components.
I will provide the circuit board and battery. The board and battery will need to be measured and have 3D models of these two components made. Critical measurements will be the location of the four mounting holes, the two ports, a slide switch, a push-button switch and two LEDs. The circuit board is 73x37mm and it is about 10mm thick.
I will uses these drawings and 3D models of the device to later design an enclosure for the product.
You will need to own measuring equipment such as calipers. Tolerances for everything but the push-button will be .2mm. Tolerance for the pushbutton location will be .5mm

This is for a start-up business that is already selling the boards into a hobbiest market. While I have years of experience in rapid prototyping, it has been a long time and my skillset is not with drafting and 3D modelling. This is in preparation for design and modeling of an enclosure for the product.
