I am looking for someone who can take multiple excel sheets and lead generation efforts from multiple contractors and combine these quickly in a beautiful looking list with nice formatting.  Other jobs may be available too including making nice looking power point figures.

Excellent English skills required and ability to work quickly and efficiently.  Some scientific or technical writing skills would be very helpful but not required.  The most important thing is efficient work, attention to detail and creativity in list making and presentation for visually appealing lists.


A small test project is attached, please spend 20 minutes combining the 4  tabs in the spreadsheet attached organized by Academic Institution with other fields.  The chosen candidate will be the one who creates the list with the most consistent formatting and the one who creates a document that is the most pleasing to the eye.  Extra points for creative ways to show the list or additional data/stats related to this list.
