I recently have been scammed by a paypal user after paying a seller for physical goods, but the seller claimed I paid for non physical goods to paypal. SO when I opened a dispute to get my money back. Paypal did not protect me because they dont cover non physical goods.
They advised me to do a charge back for "goods not recieved"
Anyone who helps me will forever be in my contact list as first choice for future jobs and will get paid for helping me get my money back.
