INTRO
If you are interested in college sports, athlete development and have an eye for statistics and data, this is a great opportunity for you - we want you to help us mine the last 3-4 drafts in both the NFL and the NBA to determine which colleges produce the best 'ROI' (in other words, number of athletes drafted vs high school athlete rankings)

DETAILS
Every year, experts reach consensus on the top high school athletes in the USA in the big sports, football & basketball. ESPN is one of the leading sources for this info, and historical data back to 2006 can be found here:

http://espn.go.com/college-sports/football/recruiting/rankings
http://espn.go.com/college-sports/basketball/recruiting/rankings

We want to compare these rankings to the eventual draft class these athletes belong to, in order to answer the following question:

Which NCAA colleges are the best at turning non-ranked (or low-ranked) athletes into drafted players in the NFL and NBA?

APPLICATIONS
In order to find out whether you are the right expert to help u find this answer, we need you to show us the following:
1. A sample of your work from a similar project, showing data from the web that has been mined to find an answer to a question
2. Your proposed methodology for answering this question
3. A timeline for how long the completed project will take you

Any applications which do not adhere to this format in their submissions will be rejected immediately
