You can create clear, well-organized, engaging content in plain English with limited supervision.
You actively use single-sourcing strategies and tools like RoboHelp or MadCap Flare.
You have experience creating and structuring content in a wiki environment.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are capable of managing multiple short- and long-term assignments.
You have a strong aptitude to quickly learn complex technical concepts.
You can communicate with audiences with diverse technical abilities and learning styles.
You have produced educational videos, screencasts, or Prezis.
You are at home with highly-technical software documentation, including database schemas, process maps, domain models, and APIs.
You have a strong grasp of information architecture principles and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
You bring a journalistic ethic to your writing.
You have produced documentation in an Agile, Software-as-a-Service environment (not a requirement, but a significant plus).
You have a Bachelor's degree (top-tier university strongly preferred).
You have the visual design skills to delight your audience. Be prepared to demonstrate this with your resume and samples.
You have a minimum of 5 years of software documentation experience.
