- Analyzing and improving our sales process and operations
- Suggesting alternative distribution channels and additional ways to generate more revenue through our main services/products
- Evaluating our pricing strategy, providing a competitive analysis and improving the business model
- Designing a strategic growth plan and roadmap with clear vision, milestones, principles, tactics and action plan
- Providing a Complete Marketing Plan with campaign methods, budgets and assisting in implementation
