Business owner seeks a virtual assistant to provide project support on a wide range of online projects, including WordPress site development, SEO and Adwords related tasks.
Duties may include:
Article research, keyword research, article curation
Calendar appointment, diary and reminders management
Customer support, helpdesk ticket support
Domain registration management, domain name server updates
Email management, email monitoring
Facebook content marketing, Facebook advertising management
General web research and data entry (including Google Alerts, RSS readers)
Google Adwords and Google Analytics report preparation
SEO, link building, social posting, social bookmarketing, link requests
Social media marketing, social profile management
WordPress content updates, WordPress user management
Essential tools and software experience - you must be very familiar with the following tools:
Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Gmail and Google Apps email
Google Drive / Google Docs
Skype - expect to do plenty of skype calls and screen shares
Essential online platform experience:
Google AdWords, including data exporting and reporting
Google Analytics, including data exporting and reporting
GoDaddy, NameCheap domain administration
WordPress page and post creation, editing, including correctly populating SEO elements (Yoast SEO)
Zendesk support agent
Desirable online platform experience:
Basecamp (project management)
Freshbooks (time tracking for client projects)
Wedoist (project and task management)
You will need high speed reliable Internet and adequate data storage capacity, with encryption and password protection
Valuable training opportunities and access to a number of powerful software tools and high value training site memberships will be made available to the right long term contractor.
