This assignment will start out part time but can be expanded to full time
I am looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant that can perform (but not limited to) the following:
1) Listen to phone messages of incoming and make follow-up calls to set appointments
2) Follow-up leads via Skype or Email to obtain additional information
3) Enter Lead information into Contact Database
All candidates must have the following:
Very fluent reading and writing English skills
Knowledge of Excel, Gmail and general ability to use Windows based software
I will provide scripts and training on all software and procedures
Available to work USA EST 9am -9 pm
Skype, Webcam, Headset
Reliable Internet connection in quiet place
All interviews will require Skype video interview and several speaking and writing tests to perform.
