We're looking for an experienced 2D game graphic designer to work in the first of five iOS / Android / Facebook projects we'll ship in the next twelve months.
A game with a mechanic similar to the Angry Birds series, meaning you'll have to design sprites for the characters animation. It's a cute cartoon art - no pixels, no anime, no 3D modelling. Check the following references to see what are we looking for: Dumb Ways To Die, Tiny Wings, Tap The Frog, Cut The Rope.
You'll be responsible for all the project's graphics:
- Main character design + sprites;
- Supporting characters design + sprites (1 to 3 general characters, like a bird, for example);
- One single environment;
- Game interface (menus, logo, typography, icons, character illustration for marketing campaign, etc).
Fluent english and top communication skills absolutely required.
Game programming will be handled by someone else, and you'll have to supply all the graphics design to him and his team.
We don't care how you do your job. We actually encourage you to work as it suits you best. We may construct our schedule together, but I'll be very demanding about our milestones.
