We would like some configuration done to our SFDC instance as well as integration to JIRA.
We would like to use the cases section of SFDC for our support team so they can log cases in the system, have those cases calculate our SLA's based on category and also have some reports made up.
We would also like to be able to integrate with JIRA where escalation of a case needs to go to our development team. We would like to be able to create the ticket from SFDC into JIRA with required information and also gain updates on that ticket from JIRA if possible. Also we would like to utilise and set up the customer portal so our customers can view tickets, log tickets, access training information etc.
My deadline to have this done is first week in February.
