We are a web based application startup in the financial services industry that is looking for a virtual assistant to help keep projects moving, conduct research, and assist with other tasks. We are confident that this could become a thriving business, and this is a chance to get in on the ground floor.
Initially this role will be project-based tasks on an hourly basis through odesk on projects such as web research for articles, industry research, and responding to queries, and customer service. But it's possible that this role will grow to a full time position in project management, management of social media, or other important administrative tasks based on your skill set and capabilities.
1. Solid web research skills
2. 100% command of the English language - on the phone and written.
3. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
4. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
5. Skype and a strong internet connection readily available.
1. Previous Virtual Assistant experience with startups is preferred.
2. Industry experience and knowledge of the personal financial services industry is a huge bonus.
