Need A Strong Appointment Setter and Lead Generator, who is confident enough to get the job done on a daily basis with CONSISTENT results. If this means you must make yourself aggressive at times with someone on the phone to get the appointment or lead, then do so.
If you have any previous experience, please advise who it was for, what your targets were, and what kind of results you achieved on average (example 1 face to face appointment every 2 hours, etc)
WE EXPECT RESULTS IN THE FIRST COUPLE OF SHIFTS!!!!!!
You may also realize it is hard enough to get someone on the phone - this means you have to make EVERY CALL with a DECISION MAKER OR DECISION INFLUENCER Count!!! This means you need to use objections and PUSH for the LEAD OR APPOINTMENT.
Qualified candidates must have:
A US or Canadian Telephone Number
Must have a land line phone, VOIP, Skype With Incoming Phone Number or something like this - NO CELL PHONES!!!
NO SUBBING THIS WORK OUT EITHER - The contractor applying must be the one doing the calling.
Must be ok with having your calls RECORDED!!!
Must be ok with using our dialer and being managed by our group.
Be proficient in English Speaking....Although, if you speak another language, please advise what this is, as sometimes we do this (especially Spanish and French).
Must be proficient enough on a computer to work with CRMs, spreadsheets, dialers and send daily reports.
Must be easy to communicate with via Skype Messenger. If you don't have Skype, you would need to download it - it is free to use the Messenger part.
Must be reliable - Show up for your shifts - additionally if this is not for you tell us before training or letting us hang out to dry waiting for and you not show up. - There is a lot of Guru/Odesk "Professionals" that are very UNPROFESSIONAL - NO FLAKES!!!
If you produce we will give you all the hours you can handle....If you are a non-producer, the hours will not go your way - it's that simple
You must sign an independent contractor form before we will send you anything. This form indicates you will look after your own taxes and will not approach any of of my clients directly or indirectly for 5 years.
We ask you to use Odesk via Manual Hours Submission - We do not like to use the Odesk Automatic Time Tracker, as people tend to abuse this. Manual Hours would be confirmed daily with our Operations Manager PRIOR To Any Manual Submissions. Additionally, we don't need to see your desktop hours, since we can view our own system to see what was actually done.
Please note your availability. We sometimes call overseas to the UK, Australia, etc....For B2C programs, we call Saturdays. The more availability the better...
