We are in need of someone or a team that knows how to :
Fulfill Amazon orders via our various suppliers channels (Over 10)
Cancel orders that are not in stock
Follow up with customers and supplers that have Issues
Update Inventory daily
Take care of Returns/RMA's with customers and Suppliers
Keep record of all sales and Customer issues/returns.
This is a Full time position (Sometimes 12 hours a day) including weekends.
Ideally looking for a a group of people that can split the time and back each other up when needed.
You need to be able to speak perfect English! Your contact with our customers and Suppliers might be the only contact they have with us so it needs to be quick, professional and helpful.
High level of excel is needed for record keeping of everything
