Please provide a simple spreadsheet that will accommodate the following inputs, outputs and assumptions.

Objective: calculate the theoretical kWh generated by a falling object from a given height.

Assume that the falling object is following the arch created by a pendulum type apparatus (Similar to the sweeping hands of an analog clock).  Considering the torque, calculate the energy generated by the falling object.

Assume that the falling object will start at "12 o'clock high" and stop at "6 o'clock"
