I am a certified Technical Communicator and a graduate in Engineering (Information Technology). With over three years of experience in Technical Writing and Technical Support, I have developed my communication and writing skills with regards to technical, creative writing, and editing.
I work as a Technical Documentation Specialist with InTimeTec. I specialize in, but not limited to: technical content writing, creative writing, proofreading, creating style guides, templates, online help, manuals, on-screen documentation, and user guides. My knowledge of tools and technology includes: Microsoft Word, Adobe RoboHelp, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint, SnagIt, Gliffy, HTML, MarkDown, GitHub, BitBucket, Jira, Git, Confluence Wiki, SVN, and Drupal.
I am highly proficient in using the track changes and commenting functions of MS Word, the editing and suggesting modes of Google Docs, and the editing functions of Adobe Acrobat.
