I've been working as an Accountant for more than 12 years. I am responsible in providing accurate basis on the financial standing of the company. I do bookkeeping job, to record, classify, and analyze assigned transactions and summarize the same as inputs for the preparation of financial reports in accordance with the policies, rules and regulations of the company and other government agencies. This includes preparation of monthly financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statements and Cash Flows), bank reconciliation, budgeting, company taxes, filing and payment of reportorial requirement to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), National Water Regulatory Board (NWRB) and the Board of Investments (BOI). I also perform journal entries and other month-end close activities. I do a lot of accounts receivable work for invoicing and collection follow-ups, accounts payable for payment processing and payroll. I also prepare financial presentation to the company's Board of Directors on a quarterly basis to keep them updated in the activities and financial standing of the company.
I am proficient in Microsoft Office application (e.g. Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and Intuit-Quickbook, Xero and Myob.
