I am an Online Support Specialist located in the Washington, DC area (specifically, Northern Virginia). I specialize in providing online operations management, project management, and WordPress administration services to small businesses. I am hardworking, detail oriented, and I work quickly to satisfy my client's needs.
I work with successful business owners who love what they do, but do not have the time to organize and manage their business online.
My goal is to provide the online support needed to help my clients be more productive, run their business more efficiently, and produce satisfied customers — all of which increases my client's revenue.
I have over 12 years of online marketing, online business management, and project management experience; including the following:
1) Wordpress Website Installation, Set-up, and Management
I have worked with various themes, frameworks, and plugins. I am proficient with adding and editing pages, blog posts, written content, videos, audio (including podcasts), custom scripts, and tracking code.
2) Set-Up and Manage Email List Management Software
Creating and editing autoresponder campaigns, automation sequences, and email broadcasts. This also includes creating "thank you" and "success" pages, and adding opt-in forms to websites.
3) Coordinate Web Development Projects
Worked with web designers, developers, and programmers to create customized WordPress websites on the Thesis and Genesis frameworks.
4) Handling WordPress Website Technical Issues
Troubleshoot issues with broken links, plugins, site distortions, and hosting related problems. I fix minor issues myself (such as broken links); and as the point of contact on behalf of my client, I work along with my client's hosting provider and other software support teams to get major issues resolved.
5) Creating, Editing, and Testing Web Forms and Custom Pages
This includes sales pages, lead capture pages, opt-in forms, contact forms, questionnaires, and surveys.
6) Set-Up and Manage Automated Appointment Scheduling Software
Publish appointment scheduling calendars online that show my client’s availability so that their customers can conveniently schedule an appointment with them. This includes creating and editing automated follow-up emails confirming the appointment.
7) Implementation of On Page SEO
This includes keyword research, title tags, description meta tags, heading tags, proper URL structure, image optimization (alt text, title, keyword rich file name), edit web page content to make it more relevant to targeted phrase, 301 redirects (as needed), etc.
8) Video Editing
Light video editing using Camtasia Studio. This includes adding transitions, title pages, text and callouts, background music; and adding and removing clips and specific parts that need to be edited.
9) Audio Editing
Light audio editing using Camtasia Studio, Audacity, and Auphonic. This includes removing background noise, uhms and ahs, and plosives; increasing/decreasing sound levels; adding/replacing and cutting audio; and adding background music.
10) Set-Up and Manage Audio and Video Hosting
This includes integration with audio and video players.
11) Set-Up and Manage Online Profiles
This includes social media, social bookmarking sites, social news sites, video sharing sites, forums, business review sites, business directories and other citations.
12) Set-Up and Manage Business Operation Tools
This includes invoicing software, electronic signature software, customer support ticket software, CRM software, project management software, and business email accounts.
13) Customer Support
Providing my client's customers with reliable and timely support via email, Skype, live chat, and over the phone.
