I review and examine Real Estate properties in the U.S using different systems. Examine all the documents gathered such as: Deeds, Mortgages, Liens, HOA, County Clerks Records, Public Records, Foreclosures, Judgments, Court Cases, Probate, Last Will, Divorce and other suspicious Documents and also other encumbrances. Prepare the final Title Report which is error free and send it directly to the client.
