My Name is Manjunatha, I am a Engineering Graduate from the Top Ranked Universities in India.
I have over 13 years of Rich Experience in Enterprise class projects across software development life cycle.
My Primary Technical skills are Developing Custom Applications using Visual Basic, VBA Excel, VBA Word, MS Access database Development and Administration.
I have already worked for AT&T India as Senior technical programmer, Bank of Tokyo and Mitsubishi UFJ (On contract) as Technical Engineer, Ernst & Young finance service organization as Technical lead in providing automation solutions, prior to Ernst & Young worked for Credit Suisse Investment Bank, at Singapore.
I have delivered more than 400 projects so far ranging from small scale to large scale applications during my full time employment, and have won Performance Excellence awards in bringing Technology to meet Business needs.

Probationary Period to Confirmation Management Tool (PPCM)
This tool takes care of all related activities of employees after joining company, Sends alert emails to supervisors of employees to provide feedback on performance, and keeps history of recommendations, this tool saved about 80 man hours per month for organization.
Tax Account Leader, priority account landscape reports : This tool takes care of uploading xml data to SQL server, Stream line data to MS Access from Sql server and Excel tool will generate reports pulling data from MS Access databases. This tool saved about 150 man hours per month for the organization.
Excel to Json or CSV File Converter: This tool was developed for our client to meet specific custom json file conversion, one file for each of worksheet.
Portfolio management report writer: This tool, imports data into MS Access, User will select some of required parameters and tool writes reports in Excel format.
Credit risk tool: This tool was developed for Shipping contracting company to keep track of Risk on investments.
Letters generating tool : This tool automates Excel with Word vba, generates documents from template file, it creates pdf or word documents from excel data.

Probationary management tool: Purpose of this software is to keep track of newly Joined Employees until their Employment confirmation, tool generates alerts when they are ready for performance review, gets inputs from their supervisors, accordingly tool generates confirmation/extension or termination letters, fully automated process saved around 50 man hours per month.
Project management spread sheet: Project management had a fixed template and tasks/subtasks ... Person incharge, planned start, end dates, responsible department, etc... and each department had similar template but further divided in to sub taks/sub tasks.. a tool was developed to intelligently combine data from all the sub departments and update progress in main project plan template.
Fixed income research template support: I worked in level 3 support for fixed income research template, template was complex in nature, interacts with web services, and too much of variance in user selection, used by research analysts to generate research documents, the main purpose of this template and vba behind was to maintain local compliance requirements, to make sure template will cover all the compliance requirement of the local law, Template was use across the globe in almost all the countries.
Design Pricing and Contracting Model: This tool was used to create end customer contracting document as the ultimate goal, developed for telecom company, design the need of client, costing will bring latest data from the central database via the web services, tool generates the contracting agreement document.
Migration of Office Tools from 2003 to 2010 version: in this project objective is to migrate all Excel, Word and MS Access files with VBA/Without VBA to migrate to 2010 version of windows, using OMPM as starting point.
Country Risk Tool: This tool developed to analyze different risk parameters for investment, based on real time data from several web sites.
Employee Chart generation tool: To list out the reporters to employee direct and indirect and other details.
Inventory management: Maintain Stock, pool stock, received, rejected, issued data.
