With 21 years experience in the Criminal Justice System, I am able to assist you with the submission of reports including evidence based and academic reports. I have a wealth of experience in case building, interviewing and investigating and also have knowledge and experience with the Licensing laws and diversity matters.
I am able to assist you with a wide variety of office / admin functions tailored to your personal needs, providing you with an accurate and timely product and particularly with obtaining statements, case building etc.
I am experienced in writing and delivering training programs to a varied audience ranging from primary school children through to senior management teams. I have delivered workshops and training to senior police officers and have received awards and commendations for quality of service for my work around equality & diversity matters. My joint work has also been acknowledged nationally as best practice I am a member of a local Crown Prosecution Service Scrutiny Panel, a Trustee for a disability charity and I am also form part of a steering group for the Office for Disability Issues. My skill and particular interest surrounds disability.
I am also actively involved in promoting and raising awareness of Hate crimes or hate related incidents which involve individual facing prejudice or hostility because of their race, religion, sexual orientation, disability or gender identity. I have assisted people in going to the police to report their concerns and am able to help people should they need to report such an incident.
Ideally I would like to be able to offer assistance to lawyers, barristers, solicitors or paralegals and would be able to undertake the following work - conduct legal research, conduct legal investigations, conduct client interviews, draft legal documents and summarise witness statements / testimony.
