    My solid exposures in the professional arena includes Administrative and Human Resource Management,, Banking , Call Center experience, IELTS Training and Coaching and Online English teaching not only Filipinos but foreigners like Koreans, Japanese and French. As a Camp English Teacher to Koreans (1-2 months program): I handled English Class for Intermediate and Progress Levell (Korean students) taught lessons on English Grammar, Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing to Korean Students both One-on one and Group class, ensured students are engaged with fun and exciting lessons daily, gave marks on homeworks, seatworks and quizzes assigned to the students, provided regular assessment of students to determine their progress in their English communication skills, both oral and written, provided head camp coordinator with lesson plans and grades of students, substituted for teachers on leave as may be directed from time to time, met with supervisor for discussion of student’s behavior and progress in class, provided multi media and other technical support as may be necessary to arouse student’s interest in class As an IELTS teacher/Manager : I handled the English Language Class to students in the absence of the professor, designed training curriculum as may be deemed necessary, issued performance rating to students and released their certificate after completion of class, attended various Trainer’s workshop on English language proficiency to upgrade skills and language know-how, conducted mock interviews to prospective clients prior to their schedule of interview at the relevant embassy and coached them on how to communicate effectively and correctly, collaborated with other companies in promoting the Companies products and services, and met with students to discuss about their language performance, estalished work priorities, delegated work to office support staff ad ensured deadlines are met and procedures are followed, carried out administrative activities associated with IELTS preparation, caregiver training program, and speaking drills to students, collaborated with British Council and IDP Australia for schedule of exams, conducted diagnostic language examinations for clients and proposed the appropriate language training program according to language needs, conducted intensive English tutorial for students if deemed necessary, handled the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) review to prospective test takers, provided counseling on language needs and requirement to students after the IELTS workshop to determine their chances of passing the English test, met and discussed prospective training design with Senior Management prior to implementation , issued performance rating to students and released their certificate after completion of class Attended various Trainer’s workshop on English language proficiency to upgrade skills and language know-how Other work exposure revolved around banking, administrative management and support, immigration consultancy and call center experience. As a banker, I had a significant background in branch banking operations and knowledgeable in new accounts, tellering, trading, ATM reconciliation, Clearing and other related functions as may be directed. As an administrative officer/Training Officer/ Immigration consultant, I oversaw the operations and personnel department of a privately-owned firm, provided training to the employees regularly as may be warranted and conducted immigration seminars to the various parts of the country. I also provided assessment and counseling for our prospective clients who would wish to migrate abroad. Looking into my positive attributes as an employee, I would say that I am hardworking, results driven, passionate and excellent in providing services as expected of me and punctual and able to meet deadlines amidst pressures.
