I believe I am a keen, enthusiastic and hard working individual, with the ability to learn quickly and work effectively under pressure. I have the patience and capacity to learn and adapt to meet new situations and challenges.
I can communicate with a diverse range of people and can work effectively in a group situation or on my own initiative. I am a good team player who gets on with people from all walks of life. Further to this, I can communicate in two other languages including Punjabi and Hindi.
I also have great knowledge of Microsoft Office, along with other packages such as Photoshop, Maya, Z brush, Live person. This allows me to apply my knowledge to the job when needed.
My ambitious nature is reflected through my extra curricula activities. In particular I am a keen Martial artist, achieving my Black belt 1st Degree at a young age. Through my training and teaching I have acquired mature positive qualities, which has broadened me mentally and spiritually. I believe with such unique skills and personal qualities I have the ability to succeed in any dimension of work.
I have also extensive web chat/live person knowledge, I was a part of the first live chat team in Nintendo history. Furthermore we were very successful in what we did, as no other gaming company offers this. I have also been a Team leader for my Nintendo team, managing my team when needed, delegating tasks, dealing with complaints. I also believe you have to work harder as you should set a example to your staff, just because you are in a higher position it does not mean you do less work. As I have been a agent previously, it has allowed me to ensure as a Team leader I listen to my agents and fulfil any issues they have and promise great rewards from great performance.
