Staci Perkins brings her expertise in operations, events, marketing, and community engagement to her consultancy, The CoLife. She has worked in the analog & digital events space, primarily focusing on event registration and event production since 2007. Most recently she worked with the Downtown Grand Hotel and Casino to launch and oversee their entertainment department. Prior to founding her own company, she was the COO of CatalystCreativ, a community design firm in partnership with the Downtown Project. Staci built the company from the ground up overseeing the companies operations, the majority of the account management, and brought the company from 3 employees to 7 and profitability within one year. Prior to CatalystCreativ she built out the New York market & community for Eventbrite.com, one of the world’s largest ticketing platforms. There she oversaw community engagement, local social media, lead generation, product training, marketing campaign execution, sponsorships, and events for the company. In 2012 she personally brought in over $1M in gross ticket revenue for the company. In her first employment endeavor, Joonbug.com & Crave Tickets, she helped design their registration solution to encompass the year round event production she oversaw, including 60 simultaneous New Years Eve events catering to 35,000 attendees in 2010/2011. While in New York she also ran her own event planning and consultation firm, Sometimes Tuesday LLC, where she worked on a project basis for brands, event/co-working spaces, and on events. Most notably launching the show GIRLS during SXSW 2012 for HBO, earning the show nearly five thousand followers & 4 Million+ impressions in less than a week. Also, producing AngelHack, an 11 city international hackathon and producing NYBeta, a startup showcase, in 2012.
