As an independent business consultant for six years, I have managing my own company, Maximum Exposure, Texas. Prior to Maximum Exposure my career was a long progressive rise from analyst to national sales management for an international consumer products group. I learned complete product development, manufacturing, logistics, finance, sales marketing, pricing and promotional activity management.
I have interviewed, hired and trained over 200 part time and full time sales representatives, As comfortable at the retail shelf or corporate headquarters. I have developed and delivered sales and training presentations to individuals and audiences as large as 4000 people. .
Developing sales process that embraces individuality is significant to me. I have written sales training fact books, performance scorecards, evaluations scripts for video sales training, and presented top to top as well as at store level across the US and the world. I understand consumer purchase metrics, demographics and loyalty.

I have a love of music though I am not musically inclined. Growing up in Cleveland, Ohio I was a volunteer member of the original site selection committee for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. Our efforts launched a grassroots fax campaign that secured the building of the hall in my hometown, gathering over 5000 faxes in one week surpassing Detroit, New York and California’s efforts in the same fax in survey.
My musical interest developed with my sales acumen into the promotion of performance artists over the years. I've, supported publishing, royalty, copyright, and promotional needs. I am excellent at revamping existing websites and developing true social media metrics, providing, creative content and E commerce though profitable merchandising and scalable fulfillment methods, clear graphical messages and excellent photo and design rendering.
