    As a British citizen and having worked as a school secretary for over 20 years, my administration and customer relations skills are outstanding. I owned one of the very first personal computers and my interest in computing has grown along with them. I possess basic HTML skills and on many occasions in my previous job I was called upon to "repair" an Oracle/SQL program which had been developed specifically for my employer and the company were unavailable for after sales service. As a school secretary my grammar and spelling needs to be 100% accurate at all times and I pride myself on my editing and proofreading skills. In my current work I often need to transcribe documents, from short newsletters to multiple page documents, for example Health & Safety policy, from handwritten or amended paper copies. I have many years experience with building and maintaining databases, generally using Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Access. In the UK I used the SIMS school's software package for everything, from student records and staffing through to school budgets and day to day accounts. My working day/week is flexible and, if necessary, I am willing to work long hours for short periods of time in order to complete any urgent task you may have. Conversely, I am happy to take on short one-off contracts at any time. I have lived in Egypt for over 6 years and at the moment the government here understandably do not want foreigners to take work from their own citizens, therefore work permits are difficult to obtain and my current job is in jeopardy. Thus I am hoping to generate enough income from online employment in order to remain in this country with my family and friends.
