I have managed operations support with domain expertise in the Customer Interaction, Healthcare, and Publishing markets. My core competency encompasses strategic and operational aspects of human resource management i.e. attracting and retaining talent and managing virtual teams.
With a solid background of knowledge research, project start-ups, operations management, administrative support, talent acquisition, on-boarding, benefits and compensation administration, compliance, employee welfare and HRIS and learning management systems.
