I am a Spanish native speaker living in Madrid, Spain.
I have over 4 years experience working in as Customer Service Representative, language specialist trilingual in English, Spanish and French for 2 different online multinational companies. PokerStars.com and Luckia.es. Located in London.
Among my tasks were the translation of web content, templates, promotions, terms and conditions, emails, shop products, etc. Providing support via email, telephone and live-chat, using different tools and programs to solve any problems the customers had. I Became very familiar with different ticketing systems to communicate across departments and with different partners.
Other tasks included contacting VIP customers to reassure their level of confidence in the company, offering personal promotions and deals in order to maintain their loyalty.
I am currently working as a translator for:
- Gaming/poker magazine "Bluff Europe" translating between 2 and 4 articles per week and writing between 1 and 3 articles a week.
- Main translator for Linguisticsolutions.es.
- I also work for other companies operating on oDesk such as Inkabilty and DanSmoke.
- Collaborator with Twago.com
I have excellent communication and language skills, I am very used to work under pressure, having to deal with simultaneous phone calls and live-chats.
