I have complete knowledge of property setup, tenants setup, creation of Owner reports, Trust reports, Reconciliation US, UK and Canada book keeping:- I regularly use Less Accounting, Freshbooks, Clearbooks, Kashoo, Mint.com, Wave, Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop versions (Pro, Premier, Enterprise), Odoo (erstwhile Openerp), Netsuite, Sageone, Brightpearl among others. While using these software, I also need to use other platforms, Bill.com, Expensify, Receipt Bank, Lockbox. The Project Management Software/ CRM I use regularly include Highrise, Zoho, Salesforce, Basecamp, Asana My personal traits- >Honesty and Sincerity.
