Customer Support Specialist and Finance & Accounting
I have almost 10years experience working in variant field for offline and online working, ex : Finance & Accounting, HR, and customer support. In customer support I have almost 2 years experience, with position as inbound, outbound and direct assistant. I have been using salesforce desk, Lastpass, Cashier App, and CRM for check customer status, replay their email, overview customer transaction, reset password, upgrade customer status, troubleshoot technical issues and cross check their balance. For Finance and Accounting jobs I have almost 10 years, such as manage cashflow, payment schedule account payable completed with payment process, budgeting, complete financial reporting, manage account receivable completed with invoicing process, bank reconcile, etc. I have use accounting software in variances. Last but not least I have experience in HR for almost 4years. I have responsiblities on recruiting, interview, payroll, training, and prepare & create company's rule. I also have wealth experience using Microsoft Office, Google (Mail, Drive, Docs, Sheet, Calendar, & G+), and Skype. I am professional demeanor, confident multitasker, quick learner friendly and enthusiastic.
