I have over 9 years of customer service experience, including: face to face support and over the phone support; three of those years include current and relevant internet/virtual customer support. I have been in sales positions and/or positions requiring me to make add-on or additional sales to purchases already being completed (3 years). I am familiar with inventory control, maintenance and ordering of inventory/ products (4 years experience). I have held a supervisory position where I would schedule, coach, train and advise up to 4 people (3 years experience). Computer literate and skills and knowledge of office settings and general business practices. Use of AS400. MAC, IBM and Windows O.P. systems.
I am currently enrolled and slated to finish my Associate of Science degree in Accounting in mid-June of 2014.
I have already completed my major core accounting requirements; there range from : payroll, personal tax accounting, governmental accounting, bank and statement reconciliation, AR/AP and general bookkeeping.
In my most recent job I performance a majority of my duties in an at-home position/intercommunicating. This is a short list of my job practices: Scheduling clients, assisting in daily operations, data entry, filing, letter writing and correspondence handling cash, check and debit card payments, bookkeeping duties and other administrative duties as assigned.
Although the major of my experience is customer service based, I can also effectively and quickly perform a variety of other functions, including tasks that are tailored for your business needs.
