In the past, I've done many different things. From organizing a 6,000 person charity event and water-balloon fight that raised $55,000+ for charity (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LXw5ToAkrw8) to working for one of the premier real estate agencies in Seattle (Ewing and Clark), I can handle a lot of different tasks and learn most anything very quickly.
I have experience in podcasting with a current show called "Yumas" on iTunes and Stitcher - you can check it out through yumas.co. If you like what you see and want to develop something of your own, I'm your guy! As well as working with the Square Space software, I love to write and I can be helpful in creating content for your project/site/blog as well. To get a taste of my writing skills and style, check out my posts on Yumas blog (yumas.co/blog). I also currently write for popular tech publication Geekwire (http://www.geekwire.com/author/armand-pizzicarola-and-andrew-mewborn/)
Being a Finance Major at Seattle University, I have experience in developing financial models, creating pro-formas and I work well with excel and quickbooks. I've also worked with InfusionSoft and can easily handle data input.
From my experience with real estate, MLS comes easy to me and market research and analysis fall under my capabilities.
In developing the charity event, I worked to acquire sponsors, musicians and organize the logistics of a 6,000 person event. Community outreach, promotion, and social media are all things that fall under my experience and skills.
Feel free to contact me with further questions. I look forward to working with you!
