I am currently an Accounting and Finance Clerk. In this position I handle all AP/AR functions. I am in constant contact with our customers to ensure they have all invoices, PO confirmation, as well as proof of delivery and certificate of compliance’s. I am a pro at negotiating with our vendors to get the lowest possible rate on the quality products we need to ensure our high quality standards. In addition, an achievement I have helped our company get to is having a 42 day turnaround time on receivables. I work hand in hand with AP teams to ensure that they have received all necessary documentation to ensure payments arrive on time.
I handle scheduling, bill pay, travel arrangements, and also coordinating marketing opportunities to our Marketing and Sales staff. My job is to ensure that our team can best serve our customers. I am in charge of purchasing all promotional items, coordinating gift baskets and items to our clients to show our appreciation. Customer satisfaction is huge to our company and as a result I will reach out to ensure there are no complaints on anyones part.
I am also responsible for acquiring yearly health insurance brokers for the company. I am in charge of ensuring all benefit deductions are managed and distributed to all employees. I handle all payroll for my company including weekly hours, deductions for 401k, garnishments, health insurance, and other voluntary deductions. I am responsible for ensuring that our facility is in accordance with all local and state laws with our handbook, practices and also employee relations.
I am certified in ADP payroll, as well as having an associates degree in Business Administration.
Highly skilled in data entry, filing, faxing, emailing, form completion, and handling multi-line office phones.
Expert proficiency in ADP payroll systems, customer relationship management databases, and appointment scheduling software.
