Sometimes it is difficult to compile a detailed, comprehensive CV because of lack of experience, qualifications and/or employment history; with others the opposite applies: it is difficult to decide what to leave out in order for the CV not to be too long and lacking in impact. ‘Tweaking’ the CV (where appropriate) to highlight certain skills and experiences to match different job descriptions is important also, as is proofreading the finished CVs. I strive to make each CV reflect the best aspects of the customer – whatever they may be.
