I am pleased to introduce myself to you. I am excited to bring you top notch administrative and accounting skills to your upcoming project.
I am extremely proficient working with all types of software applications. I have my Microsoft Digital Literacy Certification and experience working with numerous software applications including Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, QuickBooks, Xero, Peachtree, Sage50 and PeopleSoft. I have been working extensively with Office 2010 for the past year. I have passed my Word 2010 Expert, Excel 2010 Expert and Access 2010 Exams. I will have my MOS Master certification within 2 weeks. I am very efficient and detail oriented. I have alpha-numeric and 10-key data entry experience.
I have over seven years of experience working in the field of accounting. Professionally, I have held varied positions requiring accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash application, time and billing, payroll, bookkeeping and general accounting.
I have past experience working in busy office environments. I am college educated with a BA in Art History, extremely professional, and very personable.
I am continually studying and updating my skills. As mentioned previously, I am currently taking tests to obtain my MIcrosoft Office Master designation. But I am not stopping there. My goal is to become a consummate IT professional. I have a keen interest to become proficient certified in the areas of Infrastructure, Databases and Development. These are the areas in which I will be focusing my studies in the upcoming months.
