In June 2009 I finished a Master in Arts, Guidance and in June 2008 I finished the Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Guidance and Qualification in Careers Guidance both from University of the West of England, Bristol. For the last five years I have worked as the lead careers counsellor in a council in greater Copenhagen, Denmark. AT the moment I'm travelling around India with my partner and am available for work every day. I’m very pro-active in my work, show initiative and am used to work independently on a day to day basis as working within a team as well. I’m currently responsible and manage the delivery of career guidance, information and advice in the council which also includes the local businesses who can provide work-based learning, internships and jobs, which leads to better employability for the students. I always maintain a strong and innovative relationship with local companies, colleges, universities and other stakeholders within my council and work area. I have experience in motivating and inspiring students to set their goals, how to reach their goals and also how their transferrable skills can be used in many different jobs. I have given career guidance, CV writing and advice to graduates and adults in the IT sector and graduates in communication as a freelance careers coach.

My strongest areas are lookups, pivot tables, macros, text to numbers and numbers to text. My less strong area is VBA, but it is improving.
