My main background is in databases and data management, business and data analysis, customer service, telemarketing, e-commerce, accounting, and minor management and supervisory roles. I'm a very quick learner and have been quickly promoted to the top of the respective area in many of the positions I have had. I am great at creating clean and concise documents in the areas of software documentation, manuals, user training, and employee training. I am very quick with any sort of data entry, including entry that involves research. I can create web pages, simple applications, relational databases, queries, reports, and excel workbooks that are clean and easy to understand. I am also comfortable with quickbooks projects and customer service.
