I take direction very well and have lived in various parts of the USA. So i am familiar with certain dialects / accents and do relatively well with mimicking them.
I have an Aurelux lined studio with an Audio Technica AT4040 (shock-mount / pop-filter / voice shield) dedicated to VO work. I also am committed to voice work 100% of the time, and so I have a quick turn-around, with excellent quality.
Additionally I have a wealth of experience within the IT and Support world. I can utilize my expertise in client retention, project management, knowledge centered support methodologies, and team building; to implement / improve processes and policy that will strengthen the company - client relationship.
Responsibilities include, but are certainly not limited to: Working autonomously as well as with team members (developers, managers, support techs), to resolve support cases across multiple Maxwell Systems software suites. Products are fully integrated Accounting, Estimation, and Project Management packages requiring all techs to be knowledgeable in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Certified Payroll, Union requirements, Trenching, Earthworks, Estimating, Electrical, HVAC and General Contractor bid day processes.

Provide support customers for VoIP and Internet service. Troubleshooting using DOS Telnet, Tracert, ping, arp –a, various Python commands using Putty terminal, Winbox for tel-neting. Use various remote access program to gain control and troubleshoot remotely. Use Platypus & Incontact ticketing systems to log all incoming complaints.
Programming & troubleshooting of Motorola Canopy, Trango Broadband, & MicroTik wireless Access Points / Subscriber Modules. Also support industry gateways, routers, switches & hubs (ie: Linksys, Dlink, Netgear, Belkin).
Ensuring that company quality control standards are met for installations on site and following up on service calls for all equipment; both at the Access Point and Subscriber Module level. Provision/authenticate network modules using Prizm "Bamming" system.
Provisioning of Linksys VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) ATA’s through SBB. Ensuring ‘Local Number Portability’ (LNP) requests are fulfilled & coordinating efforts with rival ISP/VoIP providers such as Qwest & Comcast.
Remote analysis & programming of commercial / residential, access control, security, and fire systems.
Keep track of outstanding complaints/issues, follow up with and close all open cases. Maintain logs and file reports on all complaints/issues that were handled.
